Here in the UK, self-adhesive sheaths and drainage bags are the usual solution for men who are incontinent. It is a system that ensures dryness and, if the leg bag is attached to the lower leg, is easy to empty almost anywhere. To mt, the idea of a pump to remover the urine seems a bit over the top though maybe OK for pilots flying in much lower air pressure conditions as that would affect the flow. |

I tend to think that unless your medical coverage would pay for it, this is a VERY expensive system for incon in men, Starter kit is only $4965.00, monthly kit is a deal at $659.00 lol... seriously, no one without coverage could afford it!  I'll stick to the regular external catheters, and diapers thanks! Puffy

Yikes! Does it come gold plated perhaps? Yes, the longer tested sheath and bags works just fine without anything added to make it more complicated! |

Nor me, Wetdad. However, I wonder if this was originally devised for the use of space crew (though I thought that space crew used a maximum absorbent device - a disposable nappy) where, in no gravity, pumping the urine would be essential. Probably this is marketing the product designed for space to the rest of us to cash in on the gullible. |

That, and for fighter pilots who can pull some good G's at times. The same exact thing that can make you really need to go. Unless you're an astronaut, fighter pilot, or maybe roller coaster tester, then yeah it would be unnecessary. |
