I use it on my bed (extra safety) and when sitting down at the dinner table or on the sofa watching television basically generally speaking whenever I have air-out time as described in the primer (link below) I use underpads.

I always use a 36x36" absorbent underpaid on my bed (under the sheet) whether at home or in a hotel. I also use them during my daily enema procedure, so I am acutely aware of how absorbent they are. Mine hold 40 oz or liquid, which is sufficient for both applications. I also have a mattress cover at home, but have learned that, although absorbent, matters covers are not impervious to a large quantity of liquid.

I still use an underpad in bed, placed on top of the sheet but since I seem unable to void, since February actually, unless I use a catheter it is now probably superflous but it saves worries I suppose.

They are pretty well a must for at night, and much easier to wash then the entire set of bedding! :oops: Puffy

I use them on my bed on my wheelchair ans sometimes on my lap when I eat
