Insurance reimbursement

Has anyone done this? Specifically with Medicaid.
I'm paying approximately $80 out of pocket with Medicaid only paying 88 cents per diaper. I was told I could submit my receipt and get more money on my foodstamp card (I currently only get $30 a month which is ridiculous seeing as I'm on disability)

So I was wondering who do I see and what do i need? I remember someone at the economic security office telling me i could do this as well. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Thanks batman. I wish I could cath. At least insurance pays for them. I have 50 bucks for the month. No clue what I'm gonna do.
