Better Dry briefs are on sale at LL Medico right now, I'm not sure how much longer the sale is going to be going, but right now they have a case of 60 size large on sale for $95 with free shipping, that's way cheaper than Northshore. And their prices on other things are cheaper too, I'm honestly thinking about buying most of my supplies from these guys from now on.
