Hey! Well, it's been a minute since I posted. Between working 2 jobs, and fasting for lent/cutting back food eaten to cut costs, I have lost weight in a very rapid and dramatic fashion. My baseline was about 43 inches, 240 lbs. Up until 2 months ago. Size large products generally fit. As of right now, my weight is 220, and my waist is 39 and my hip is 40-41. My waist is already well below the size range for ATNS..their min range is 45.. I a handful of size large dry direct left. I bought 1 fitted from Ecoable in size medium to try the fit.. it fit well before washing. Everything fits that I have in my inventory, but it is almost too big. Right now, I am wearing an EH-8 flannel prefold from angel fluff, and I can tell that it is slightly too big. I can tweak it to have a good seal at legs and the waist, but one can easily tell that this diaper was designed for someone with a larger frame. I am trying to figure out the best solution. As of right now, I am $10,000+ in debt (long story), so I really don't want to go out and buy new diapers, cloth or disposable unless I really have to. What have others done who suddenly find they need to go down a size but minimize costs? Peace out! Rob |

That debt must constrain you. Good luck paying it down. I like washables because they can be pinned, unpinned, and re-pinned as necessary to assure a good fit. And they last for many years of hard use, which makes them financially viable despite their high initial cost. |

I went up in size for a bag (medium to large) about 6 months ago. That was a big mistake. I thought that being close to the limit waist wise in mediums might be ok in large. It turned out that large was way too large for me. But to get my money's worth, I wore most of them to bed to use them up. Now I just keep the few that are left for some unforeseen need. |
