Things are much better these days in the easy bowel movement department. I took 3 metamucil fiber gummies and a dulcoloax chewebale for the past 2 days, and last night I had really good poops. Not hard to pass. I think the same will happen tonight. I am about to sit down for a bm and it feels like it will come out easy.
