Hey!

So, I think i figured out a big cultprit in my bowel escapades. If I drink coffee AND eat pizza, within a few days of each other, I'd better not trust a fart and have ready access to a toilet. I have been taking Emma daily along with meta mucil and i've been mercifully poop accident free. Other than that time that I havent told you about where I crapped myself just going out for a walk. Oh well. Something seems be turning my urine into a neon yellow color. It's the oddest thing. Either neon green or neon yellow, hard to tell. Maybe its the Emma. Probably. Still have not resolved what diaper to use for work. I ordered samples of the InControl air active that someone suggested on here, but Im not too sure about those. The large almost seemed too small, and the XL seemed too big. I can't really afford disposables right now anyway. We got an apartment lined up just in time for the wedding but rent will cost us 736 a month. So, it looks like our biggest expense will be rent, followed by auto and health insurance. Those have to come first. As long as I have good cloth diapers, disposables quickly become a luxury. I calculated it out, and even with paying to do lauindry every load, it actually works out less than disposables. The only problem is..you guesssed it, heat. I wore an ecoable fitted wtih a prefold and pocket diaper with a snap in insert for max protection and that got quite warm. Ugh. But it got the job done. I just have to grin and bear it for now. I can't afford to do anything else. We might not even be able to afford internet when we first move in, so that means no tv either, since we will be using a streaming service. Other than blu ray movies that is.

Peace out!

Rob

Quitting coffee has meant that I rarely have daytime U-IC accidents and radically less F-IC accidents. I used to have to have my morning coffee before I went out shopping but that always lead to U-IC before I returned home. Over time, coffeee also inflicted uncontrollable diarrhea when shopping. Now I only rarely enjoy coffee if I am staying at home for the day. And maybe because of my abstaining from coffee, I rarely have issues on those few days that I enjoy it at home.

I will still not drink coffee when dining out however for safety reasons. Tea seems to be ok for that.

Hi Wayne!

I'm actually less worried about urinary episodes because the diapers I use will absorb anything my bladder puts out and don't require immediate changing. By contrast, poop in the diaper requires an immediate change, with the accompanying smell and mess on the body. Life is good. Only 22 days to the wedding! Wohoo!

Peace out!

Rob

Agreed re unary vs fecal accidents. But I also found that quitting coffee vastly reduced the F-IC that I was encountering.

Best wishes on your wedding. A big event in everyone's life for sure.
