When I do extended wear, i like to have as much asbsorbency as possible without adding too much bulk. the simple reason is I never know when my bladder is going to go into reataining mode, filling and filling without warning until the only indication I get that i;m full is a spasm.. and then i let loose.. sometimes these wettings can be quite substantial. So i decedided on 3 gauze bamboo inserts wr apped in 2 flour sac towels.. but that is way too bulky. maybe 1 10 layer gauze bamboo insert and 3 or 4 flour sack towels would give me the absorbency i need but less bulk? |
