I prefer so much pull up over this. I recently started being pretty active physically, I'm working out 3 times a week, riding a bike and running sometimes with my wife, so it became a must-have for me. I do sweat a lot and I have actually noticed that I basically don't urinate into diaper at all and never ever yet had defecated into a diaper during work out, well happened once on a bike to be honest, but that was a long trip. Never occurred to me on a gym, it's like physical activity kind of stops this process even though it's only during the act itself though I may have noticed slight improvement in a long-run as well, but really hard to say as I'm a mess when it goes to incontinence, even though I definitely recommend to do as much physical activity as possible as if not for the body, it is very helpful for staying in good mental shape despite many problems that we have.
