Ok, its the day before my appointment, and i have two distinct observations to make about my incontinence symptoms. One is, no matter what effort i make to get the toilet throughout a period of time, i can never keep my diaper dry indefinetly... and the second observation.. There are times where i really cannot tell if my bladder is full... and i wonder if i really do leak just when its full.. or if i leak other times. I may be impared in my ability to apprecaite a full bladder..this may pose an obstacle to regaining control.. ill discuss this with the PT and the uro.. we will see what happens..Peace out!

The bladder contracts and expands in normal people. If you have an underlying neurological issue, it could be contracting or expanding inappropriately, which would possibly squeeze urine out. Do you get any urge before going?

Alainaluvsu,

Sometimes i do, sometimes I don't. Actually, sometimes i do feel a full bladder, but thats usually when i wake up and havent peed for a long time, otherwise, it seems i just pee without actually feelilng full most of the time. It is something my urologist commented on. That's why im not sure that this time the culprit is entirely my pelvic floor.. it could also be my bladder isnt getting signals..
