Hi all, This year we went skiing for the first time since a few years...and yes, I had my doubts how to handle my incontinence during the day. Each time I do something new since my incontinence became too significant, I feel I have to fight my own insecurity and think every step through for each day. I can tell you all went very well. Ski pants have the positive side effect that they cover your diaper very well even including additional protection pants. So all went very well. I could sport all day without any issues and used the toilet at the same time as others did. In case I had to change my diaper / pull-up pants I could do so, in other cases I just used the toilet and re-taped the diaper again. I was able to join my kids and family all day without running to the toilet at odd moments. As I always have my small back-pack with me, I used the inside-inside compartment for spare diapers and pull-up pants. The normal compartments were used as storage area by all for general ski-equipment and food. It was great to ski without worries and to think how and where to go to the toilet. I just followed the group and joined them all day as everyone else did. Again, this showed me that with some good and well thought through preparation you can do a lot of things without too much of trouble. Bob
