Since I still have issues where I involuntarily pee out of my urethra with a SPC I’m thinking of getting some pull on cloth diapers. I want heavier absorbency and they would need to be in a 52-54 range since waist. Thanks

Stan, I checked them out and they don't go as high as you suggested. At least not according to what I found? I'm seeing their largest size as an Adult 2X-Large which hits the 44" to 52" range. Are you seeing larger products?
