The top three brands sold at pharmacies are Tena, attends and molicare. The European Tena is way better than the other. Attends and molicare guarantee me leaks. Not all pharmacies sell Tena. Those who do, you have to order them in advance. |

A long time ago I was in the UK and tried the Tena and Attends diapers and loved them but I don't know if that's changed over the years. I used the Attends 10 regular and had no problems during the day or overnight. I haven't used the Attends active fit but I could see how with its slimmer cut it wouldn't be a good overnight diaper. I imagine like many diapers these days the absorbency has gotten worse over the years. |
