Guys and gals,

This topic is so that we do not leave out the good old U.S.A. Any discussion of sources for incontinence products in the U.S. should go here, both retail and online suppliers.

One of the best sites here in the USA is XP Medical http://www.xpmedical.com/
The owner, Gary, is also incontinent so he knows his products and has excellent customer service.

As do many of us here, I purchase almost all of my diapers from Gary of XP Medical. His prices always are competitive and on many products are the best prices available. His house brand A Plus diapers are very good.

In addition to XP Med, I often purchase from NorthShore Care. Excellent selection of diapers and other incontinence supplies, plus very good house brands.

I have used other vendors when they offered distinctly more competitive prices on specific diapers, but not as frequently as the ones above.

However, when I have a need to purchase only a single package of diapers or other smaller incontinence supplies, I often turn to Amazon. I make a sufficient number of purchases each year that Amazon Prime saves me money and makes the smaller purchases more practical.

Currently I'm using diaperbuys. Ther seem to have good prices, but aren't the most discrete.

Hi Chipmunk,

In what ways is DiaperBuys not discreet?

I echo the others ... XP Medical.

In a pinch, Amazon with prime shipping. They are a source for Abena's.

Another source when in a pinch is Walmart; they can get Molicare's within one day.

Walmart here in Canada have Depend only for men. I don't know about any of you good folks but the name Depend is a new oxymoron in my books. They should add two words to their name Do Not Depend. I have come to task with wearing diapers but having a very leaky wet diaper on is still one curse that bothers myself and my dignity.

Like JD, I recommend XP Medical and Northshore Care for cases, Amazon for smaller quantities and for sales. Northshore is often much cheaper on Amazon than on its own site, and recently I got a case of Seni pullups on Amazon (itself, not third party) for less than half the list price or the price at XP, which is the only other place I'm aware of that sells them. The sale price is gone by now, but if you time it right, the savings can be significant.
