I have to mention though, that it is hard to find "all-in-one" briefs in normal stores. Pull-ups are the norm. Even most pharmacies don't carry briefs. You have to order them from medical supply stores etc. Weird, considering that we have an ageing population. Maybe in the future...

My wife and I just returned from two weeks in Ukraine. We also found high quality diapers available in both the regular supermarkets and the pharmacies (apteka in Russian as Tewi mentioned.) Not all of the pharmacies had diapers for sale, but many will have them. I have included some photos and pricing.

Last October 18, 2018, I was in Seoul, South Korea. I published a post here saying I'd check on supplies in Korea then concluded with a PS that I had found them but I had NOT been able to do a photo shoot.

I have returned (passing through as my wife and I are meeting-up here) to Seoul and now we two are heading back to Irkutsk, Russian Siberia. This trip I was successful in finding incontinent products out on the economy. On my October 18, 2018 visit I got products from the base PX. I did NOT do a photo shoot then. Below are some photos taken in Osan a city in the greater Seoul Metropolitan area where I was successful in finding what I need out on the Seoul economy.

An update (answer) to my own question. I recently moved to Krakow in southern Poland. Incontinence products are readily available here. I don't have pics. I don't feel like photographing the shelves and I doubt pharmacies would allow photographing. I can give information on what's available, though.

All larger markets carry the following:

Seni Super Plus
Seni Active
Tena Slip Plus
Tena Pants M
Tena Men range
Tena Lady range
Tena Comfort

Tena is something called "OTC Edition". I haven't noticed any difference to other European Tenas. Maybe it has something to do with the packaging size. Sizes usually range from S to L, but even larger sizes can be found.
Auchan also has their own house brand (All-in-one briefs and pull-up style pants).
Pharmacies usually carry either Tena or Seni (briefs and pants).

The prices range from around 12-40 PLN (about 2,8-10 € or 3-10 USD) for a pack of 10, which is the usual consumer size. Tena is the pricier one. Larger packs can be found usually at pharmacies "Apteka" and Sklep Medyczny (Medical Store) or Sklep Rehabilitacyjny (Rehabilitation Supply Store). Special shops are not rare, but malls and pharmacies are much more abundant. There may be numerous pharmacies on the same street. Rossmann chain of stores also carries Seni briefs.
Barrier creams, wet wipes and bed covers are also usually available.

My incontinence supply has never been this readily available and affordable before. I've also noticed that people buy their supplies without blinking an eye. Poland has an ageing population, 40 million people with their own problems and no one cares. The service culture is usually good: Poles may not speak English (younger folks do as do most pharmacy workers), but I for example went to a pharmacy and explained in my broken Polish that I would like 10 diapers. They only had 30-packs, so they opened one for me, took out ten and sold them to me charging per piece.

It is not the same in Finland: availability of products is limited despite the population ageing and the need for incontinence products growing, they are expensive and often hidden. Poles just slap them next to deodorants and toilet paper. They are an everyday product for many -why hide them then. So, don't be afraid to travel to Poland even if you struggle with incontinence.
