Well, the Neurologist prescribed something for the headaches. That didn't work. So now we are on to the next prescription. That seems to be working much better. I also have a prescription for migranes to help stop one if it comes on. I was referred to neurological rehab and have to start that soon (just waiting on having money available for rehab copays.) So all in all they are taking a pretty proactive approach. Thanks for asking. Things are getting better now. The other night I actuall had a whole wine cooler. Woah. stand back! |

msshendo, I'm happy to hear that you are improving. Did you have migraines before the concussion? I'm also glad to know that you've been cleared for a wine cooler! Happy 4th, btw. Wetters |

Wetters, Yes I did have migranes before the concussion. They just got worse and more frequent after it. I'm not sure I was cleared for the wine cooler but drank the darn thing anyway. No negative side effects with that. It is amazing how any little thing we take can have an effect on us. Thanks for your well wishes. I hope you had a happy 4th as well. |

Well here we are over four years later. The site has reached 13 pages and keeps growing. So it looks like it was a good idea to open up this forum. Makes me feel good. TO FEEL GOOD .. DO GOOD |
