Can anyone where their experiences with having an Interstim implanted? My doctor wants to try that next. What was the surgery like? Did you have to get a catheter? I’m deathly afraid of those. Or do you just have a hospital gown on, and brief/protection? What was the week trial phase like? Any info would really be appreciated! Thanks

There's a lady on YouTube called Olivia Robbin; she had one fitted to treat her overactive bladder. She's on FB as well; you might be able to contact her through that.

I think Medtronic has a liason program where you can speak with real patients that have recently had the device implanted. I will see if I can track down some more info if that interests you.
