ive read in a lot of places that medical marijuana can help incontinence.
in dc it is approved for recreational use as well as medical.
i got approved for a medical card (for my many ailments) and have been using it for a bit.

my psych is on board and im being closely monitored by him.

i have to say, it has helped. my frequency is down so much that i had a dry day today.

i dont know if its a cure all but im pretty amazed.

It helps more medical issues then the Gov't would care to even mention, so if it helps, I say giv'er... I have cookies for when my back goes out, which is rare but when it does, I am in the worst pain I have ever felt. First time it happened, my neighbor even heard me screaming in my own house, and came to check what happened... not a good time! :-( Puffy

If it works for you, go for it, with my blessing. My fear is that, decades from now, scientists will discover that cannabis has downsides that were not considered originally, like tobacco.

The more that comes out about it, the more it seems to help numerous conditions. Sometimes I wonder if it isn't the miracle plant for medicines and other items that could be made from the plant.

I used it recreationally in the 80s. Now it might help my bladder issues, or my eye sight or my sore back or the elderly craziness that runs in my family... There may be a number of uses for MM that make sense, but I am still in the midst of my career and so I stay away from it for now because I'm fear what it has done in the past to my cognition. Perhaps when I retire I will partake, perhaps by then the gu'mint will be a little more progressive about it.

well it definitely was short term and not a cure-all.
back to wearing and wetting. with few bowel accidents.
sigh. back to the drawing board.

I just tried a couple of marijuana suckers (never tried it before, but mostly because I just didn't care to).

They did absolutely nothing for or to me. Though I am used to and resistant to narcotics like oxycodone and flexoril. LOL, maybe I need a bigger dose of THC next time.

i think it was dehydrating me and thats why it worked. i cannot be doing that. it helps calm me down, but as far as ic goes, it temporarily helped. looking back i was dry because i wasnt drinking much.
i was looking soooooo much for a cure. i guess i need to stop getting my hopes up so high...

Although I never used Marijuana, I did use ranitidine for perhaps five years for gastroparesis. Local attorneys are soliciting patients because ranitidine seems to be associated with a list of cancers. I would never have guessed that a medicine for incontinence could cause(?) cancer. Live and learn.
