I am also taking hydroclorothiazide to keep water from collecting in my legs and feet. It took me several weeks to stop flooding all the time. Some days I still do after 6 months of taking that medication.

OP - If your friend can't adjust to it she might need to ask her doctor about other options. ConfiDry 24/7 diapers might give her a couple of floods worth of protection more than the M4. The good thing is the ConfiDry's don't feel wet until they are near saturation. Abena's aren't quite that dry feeling.

I agree with Doug since I switched to Dry 24/7's they do seam to work better then when an was wearing Abenas, I never realy feel wet except when I have Peed more often then I realized.

I have stayed away from meds so far due to the side effects and the dry 24/7's have been handling my OAB condition well.

There is a new high capacity diaper out. It's the Sena Super Quatro It hold almost as much as the Dry 24/7. It is cheaper too!

I take it you wear size small?

The pricing doesn't work out favorable for size large.

According to XP's site, mediums come 40 to a case, not 48. Is that an error?

No I tried to think too quick.
I do know that I put one on at 10AM this morning and I still have it on. Of course I don't go as much as you do because of the meds
