I guess I'm in the minority Porkchop. I bought a bag of ComfiDry for my driving trips early on after hearing everyone rave about them. I had a lot of leakage issues from the legs with them. I've had much better success with the Northshore Supreme.

But it's been a while since I last used them, and I've learned a lot about how to wear one. Maybe it's time to give them another chance. I think I still have a couple left from the first bag...

There was an issue with a few bad batches but the company replaced it for me. The issue isn't a continual one, if you wanna try again. Lately the issue has been the tapes, but I think that was that I left them in the humidity. :)

I'm with you. They leak horribly. Around around the legs. In the crotch. I think they don't have enough of a pocket to hold urine until it can be absorbed, and there isn't enough padding up front. They may have a high overall capacity, but they're designed badly.

Not to hijack the thread, but I recently tried them. Though they are way overkill for my level of incontinence, I was curious what all the hype was about. I have to say that I liked them, but the tapes make it impossible to undo them to use the toilet. They just don't seem to be refastenable even one time undoing them to use the toilet and they don't hold. That's why I think if I'm going to use a plastic backed diaper, it needs to have a landing zone on it so I can re-fasten the tapes.

They're way overkill for my normal incontinence level too PB&J, most of the time. But since I have to go to the bathroom frequently (every 60-90 minutes), and I have to drive 5+ hours each way a couple times a month, I use a full blown diaper on those trips so I don't have to stop every hour, or wet myself if I can't get to a bathroom in time.

The ComfiDry has a very large capacity, but like MSUSpartan said, they didn't seem to handle floods well. I found the Abena L4s and the Northshore Supreme's to absorb much faster. And the fluff in the Abenas started clumping when out walking much sooner that the Northshores, so it's Norhtshore for me.
