At times I use an external catheter. Usually I use the latex Gizmo from Coloplast with a leg bag and remove the system at night. Some times I use the Freedom Coloplast's Clear Advantage Aloe Vera external Catheter with self adhesive. The Clear Advantage states it is for maximum wear . Does any one know how long you can safely leave the catheter on before it should be removed? And if so can you reply another one right away , or do you have to give your skin some time without it?
