The best products i use are the stretchy briefs which i use the pads with. The briefs i use and quality washable stretch incontinence briefs which i then use with incontinence pads. The briefs come in packs of 3 and are cheap. I am not to keen on diapers.

I get mine from a online business called http://www.arelle.com which is a small family run business who has been doing with incontinence products for 23 years (about us page).

I recommend them but do can you offer any more sites to me so i can check them out?

Cheers

I have tried a lot of things over the years, I finally gave in to the inevitable and went to full disposable diapers 24/7 several years back. I tried most every brand I could get my hands on in search of something that provided good absorbancy, outstanding comfort, and value price.

I currently get my diapers from XPMedical (www.xpmedical.com) and Dry 24/7 (www.dry247.com)

Hi J5 payne
I don't mean to split hairs here. But you stated that you wear incontinence briefs with pads inside. But then say your not real "keen" on wearing diapers :?: Sound like you are wearing diapers to me :?:

Finding the right product that works for each person can obviously be very different given the different types of incontinence and how it effects each person. Often, finding the product that works best is a trial an error process. Then there are other factors that need to be considered such as absorbance, bulk, fit, cloth, or plastic, etc. Additionally, there is also the mental acceptance of what your wearing......is it a brief, or a diaper? Call it anyting you want, but the real question is does it work without leaks, and are you comfortable wearing it? What else matters?
