Finally some fixation underwear in the UK that looks like standard underwear. I'm using it with a large pad but imagine it would also be helpful for holding a nappy/diaper/slip style in place and making it less noticeable. I used to struggle to find underwear that would cover large nappy style pads. This seems nice and high + a smooth stretchy material. Available in men's and women's styles with 3 colours each. I've heard of similar in the states. Might even be the same thing. Better than net pants for sure.

Looking at the pictures of the pants, I don't get the impression it will cover hole diapers, especially when I look at the men's versions. Are they really covering everything?
Thanks for your feedback!
Cheers Bob

They're very stretchy and come up higher where as my other underwear/boxers don't come so high so a pad or diaper sticks out. They don't make things unvisible but do hold things in place more and at least cover yoour back so it's not sticking out of clothes.it smoothes the lumps out a bit too.

I was wondering about these products. I was thinking about something to smooth out the bulk myself. The question I have: with the diaper/pad pulled tightly against your skin, does it cause more problems with skin irritation? It would seem to me that holding the moisture tightly against the skin would cause irritation.
