I got a sample of the abena l4 and so far they are working extremely well.
The best I've tried.
I also got a sample of the molicare and will be trying those out today. I think I'm gonna get a case of the a abena when I get paid.

If you like the Abena L4, you also might want to try the ConfiDry 24/7. It is an excellent high-capacity plastic-shell diaper available from XPMed for a discount.

the Confidry 24/7's are great I use them for my night time diaper, the current versions have blue tape and I here there is a new version with better Green tape I use duck tape to backup the original tapes and have just bought my second case of the current version (blue tape) and will buy again when needed

I have also bought Abena M4's to try but I prefer the dry 24/7 for nights and the Abena M2 or M 4 for the day time

Either way both products are great
