Though a male, I have to deal with the same issue of sagging and soaked diapers. These fixing pants go a long way in keeping your diaper up close to your body. I use them at night with my Confidry 24/7 diapers which I tend to soak by morning. I also use them to fix my Abrisan formula II PADS. Ten pants for about $7, and they last thru several washings.
