I've not had any experience with that. When I looked it up, the following came up:
Several fruits and vegetables contain D-mannose, including:
- cranberries (and cranberry juice)
- apples
- oranges
- peaches
- broccoli
- green beans
I have to avoid apples, broccoli and some other things for IBS-d.
Recently I felt as if I had an UTI and so I started drinking cranberry juice. It seems to have cleared it up but I will get checked with my next bloodwork. With cranberry juice, I think it is important to get the kind that is not mixed with other juices such as raspberries etc. for a more effective treatment.
