I got the advice to try D-mannose against uti. I have had uti's that went up into my kidneys. And constantly a nagging feeling down there.
Ad soon as i started taking D-mannose the problem disappeared.
Other people out there with experience on this?

I've not had any experience with that. When I looked it up, the following came up:

Several fruits and vegetables contain D-mannose, including:

• cranberries (and cranberry juice)
• apples
• oranges
• peaches
• broccoli
• green beans

I have to avoid apples, broccoli and some other things for IBS-d.

Recently I felt as if I had an UTI and so I started drinking cranberry juice. It seems to have cleared it up but I will get checked with my next bloodwork. With cranberry juice, I think it is important to get the kind that is not mixed with other juices such as raspberries etc. for a more effective treatment.

I bought pure D-mannose pills from piping rock. The price is better than most cranberry products
