I am better now. For two nights I managed to sleep without protection. I just took the risk... And went to the toilet numerous times. I have figured out that the problem occured after a period where I was not at my best mentally. I guess that I have been sitting too long in a bad position without noticing. The key I found that really helped was to be a little more up and moving, even only a minute in upright position increased the flow of blood to the affected area. I know anti pressure wound matresses shift regularly the areas of pressure, so I try to mimic that effect. If it comes again, I hope I will register it earlier than this time, and take action.
